Several of our products are critical for the operation in some plants. Sterner therefore considers it very important to have a competent service device available if the accident is out.

Our service technicians are located in 4 locations in Norway. With well-equipped service cars they will be able to provide fast service throughout the country. If there is a critical error outside of working hours or during the weekend, our day-to-day watchphone is ready to help.

As a customer, you can choose to enter into service agreements that provide operational predictability or if you wish to use us for assignment assignments.

Sterner has a well-stocked spare parts warehouse centrally located on Ski. In this way, we avoid long delivery times on critical spare parts and we can remedy the customer as quickly as possible.


We offer repair and calibration of measuring instruments at the head office's workshop.
